We’re on the lookout for a Trade Promotion Consultant who can jump into the action, take the reins on project delivery and guide clients through transformation journeys that span across sales, trade, finance and demand planning.

What you’ll own:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery – from discovery workshops and solution design through to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Act as a strategic advisor – helping CPG clients make smart decisions around process, configuration, and change, with minimal customisation.
• Translate business goals into practical system designs – then roll up your sleeves to configure, test and optimise the solution.
• Coach and enable users – run training sessions, support user testing, and make sure the knowledge sticks post-launch.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience in consulting or solution delivery roles focused on Consumer Goods, with hands-on TPM exposure.
• Strong working knowledge of how Sales, Finance, and Trade teams operate in a CPG environment.
• You’ve led client-facing projects before and know how to influence stakeholders and challenge assumptions when needed.
• You’re as comfortable diving into configuration and testing as you are leading a room full of stakeholders through a design session.
• Great communicator, naturally collaborative and confident navigating remote-first teams.
