Account Executive
We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Account Executive (AE) to join our customers growing team. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a hunter mindset, eager to own the full sales process and drive significant new business growth. If you're competitive, highly motivated, and want to outsell your manager, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Source your own pipeline through outbound efforts (email, calls, LinkedIn).
- Conduct compelling demos and pitch meetings with mid-market prospects.
- Close deals with average contract values of $84K to $300K over multi-year terms.
- Navigate and sell to senior decision-makers (VPs, CROs).
- Collaborate with team members and potentially specialize in specific verticals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated success in closing new business and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong prospecting and outbound selling skills.
- Experience engaging with mid-market or enterprise-level clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to take feedback and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Domain knowledge in CPG, digital marketing, or retail analytics.
