Sales Engineer
InnoForge are currently partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed startup that is redefining the RF and SATCOM landscape. They’ve developed a world-class, software-defined platform designed for the most demanding space and defense missions, and they are looking for a Sales Engineer to be the technical backbone of their U.S. Business Development team.
This is a unique opportunity to join a team with backgrounds ranging from AI to cloud computing, all focused on making secure, resilient communications easier to deploy and scale.
The Opportunity:
You’ll work directly with my client’s BD managers to bridge the gap between complex customer requirements and their cutting-edge engineering capabilities. You will be the "trusted advisor" leading demos and proof-of-concepts for some of the most advanced aerospace and defense organizations in the world.
What we're looking for:
- Technical Depth: You have a solid grasp of SATCOM, RF technologies, and Software-Defined Radios (SDR).
- Experience: 3–7 years in pre-sales, systems engineering, or technical solutions.
- Problem Solvers: You can take a customer’s mission requirements and translate them into architecture diagrams and a winning technical proposal.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- The "Bonus" Stack: If you have experience with defense/aerospace, Matlab, Python, or C/C++, you will be at a distinct advantage.
