Lead GNC Engineer

As the GNC Lead, you won’t inherit a legacy system. You’ll define one.

You will shape the GNC architecture, design flight algorithms, manage subsystem requirements, and drive hardware/software integration from the earliest concepts through orbit. Your work will directly influence mission performance across an entirely new category of space systems, where precision, agility, and reliability determine real-world outcomes.

What You’ll Lead

• Architect the entire GNC subsystem for next-gen space platforms
• Own pointing budgets, alignments, and subsystem-level requirements
• Design and implement flight-ready algorithms for embedded software
• Build ground-based tools for constellation monitoring and operations
• Lead GNC Verification & Validation
• Support hardware-in-the-loop testing in advanced system testbeds

You’ll collaborate daily with exceptional engineers who care deeply about both mission success and technical excellence.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of GNC experience in spacecraft, satellite, or comparable aerospace platforms
• Strong modeling and simulation background
• Experience with multi-sensor attitude determination
• Hands-on flight software development and testing
• End-to-end lifecycle experience, from concept to on-orbit support
