Senior Embedded Software Engineer – Torrance, CA
InnoForge is partnered with a well-funded NewSpace company seeking several experienced Embedded Software Engineers to join their growing team in Torrance.
You’ll work within a small, highly skilled engineering team and contribute across the full product lifecycle, supporting both commercial and defense applications. This role offers real ownership across the embedded software stack, with a strong focus on bare-metal firmware development and low-level hardware interfaces.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong C/C++ for embedded systems
• Experience developing on microcontrollers (ideally STM32)
• Proficiency in bare-metal programming (preferred), RTOS, or embedded Linux
Desirable:
• Prior experience in space and/or defense environments
