• Taking ownership of engineering delivery across complex programmes involving government customers, primes, subcontractors, commercial space companies, or dual-use technology businesses
• Building and scaling engineering organisations, including hiring, team structure, technical leadership, engineering process, design reviews, risk management, and cross-functional programme execution
• Working closely with executive leadership, programme teams, customers, partners, and suppliers to align technical strategy with business and mission objectives
