​We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to join a leading European New Space company, focused on spacecraft components for satellite integrators. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team in the fast-growing space sector, working on innovative satellite technologies like Cubesats and small satellites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating leads and managing key accounts

  • Overseeing the complete sales process, from lead generation to contract closure

  • Collaborating with the delivery team to ensure smooth handover post-sale

  • Attending industry events and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Contributing to product strategy and sales development initiatives

Experience:

  • Experience in sales of space hardware or related high-tech fields (experience with satellite components is ideal, but not essential)

  • Knowledge of satellite systems, especially small satellites and Cubesats

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills

  • Ability to handle longer sales cycles (6-9 months) with deal values of €100,000 to €200,000

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in English
