​We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to join a leading European New Space company, focused on spacecraft components for satellite integrators. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team in the fast-growing space sector, working on innovative satellite technologies like Cubesats and small satellites.
Key Responsibilities:

Generating leads and managing key accounts

Overseeing the complete sales process, from lead generation to contract closure

Collaborating with the delivery team to ensure smooth handover post-sale

Attending industry events and maintaining strong client relationships

Contributing to product strategy and sales development initiatives
Experience:
-
Experience in sales of space hardware or related high-tech fields (experience with satellite components is ideal, but not essential)

Knowledge of satellite systems, especially small satellites and Cubesats

Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills

Ability to handle longer sales cycles (6-9 months) with deal values of €100,000 to €200,000

Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in English
