Director of Product Development

We are seeking a Director of Product Development to lead the creation and delivery of products designed to improve soil health and support sustainable farming practices. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and a focus on bringing innovative solutions to market.

 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

  • Manage research and development activities, including laboratory and fieldwork.

  • Oversee the product development pipeline, guiding products from concept to launch.

  • Coordinate with internal teams across R&D, marketing, and sales.

  • Engage with end-users to refine product applications and ensure practical implementation.

  • Ensure all R&D activities are accurately documented, including intellectual property development.

  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, supporting professional growth and conducting performance reviews.

Requirements

  • ​

  • Degree in Agriculture, Plant Science, Microbiology, Soil Science, or a related field.

  • 5–10 years of industry experience, ideally in product development or a similar field.

  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

  • Experience managing projects, budgets, and timelines.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
