The Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager who will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customers market presence across the UK & Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales within the Space or Aerospace sector.
Responsibilities:

Implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the space and satellite industry.

Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, primarily government organisations and commercial companies.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Collaborate with the business development and advisory teams to align sales strategies.

Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the onboarding team.

Utilise CRM tools (preferably Pipedrive) to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Key Skills:

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

An understanding of the space sector, including satellite operators, space traffic companies, and related software solutions.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Experience with CRM tools, preferably Pipedrive.

Ability to analyse data and prioritise sales strategies based on insights.

Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented.

Experience working with international government organisations and understanding of their procurement processes.

Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
